Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme with the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter, the “Company”) announces to the investing public the consensual solution of its collaboration with the advisory firm SYNERGON Partners, which provided its services in the areas of financial and operational restructuring through the appointment of Mr. Dimitrios Kouvatsos as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO).
In view of the above, the aforementioned project will be undertaken internally.
