New CFO and COO in FF Group’s subsidiary in Asia
The company under the registered name “FOLLI FOLLIE COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING AND TECHNICAL SOCIETE ANONYME” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces the appointment of two new executives in the positions of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to its subsidiary in Asia (“FF Group Sourcing Limited”).
More precisely, CFO duties of the subsidiary in Asia are assumed by Ioannis Grispos. Mr. Grispos has many years of experience in providing specialized consulting services, in developing financial planning, assessing and qualifying investment objectives and decisions, as well as making and investing capital in well-known companies such as Deloitte Business Solutions and Green Cola Group. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, holds a master’s degree from the University of Reading, Henley Business School and is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Respectively, Steven Yaung assumes duties of COO bringing a wealth of experience in corporate restructuring. In the past, he served as Commercial Director at Triumph China, contributing significantly to the company's revenue and earnings growth. He was also Senior Vice President at The Honest Company and Head for its establishment across Asia. From the position of Director of Regional Development, for the wider Asia region, he has contributed to the dynamic growth of the Asian company Watson through its expansion into new markets.
Within the framework of proper corporate governance, the company in Asia is supported by two new experienced executives, who will make a decisive contribution to its restructuring and further development in the afore mentioned market.
