The company "Folli-Follie SA" announces that Mr. Frangiskos Gratsonis submitted his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

The Company is already in the process of hiring a new Chief Financial Officer, who will meet all the requirements and increased duties of this position and the company will revert with a separate announcement.

The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, given the complex structure of the Group and the increased requirements during the performed audits (by EY and A & M), requested Mr.Gratsonis to remain available during the course of the mentioned audit procedures which he accepted.
