The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On August 20th, 2015 the Company purchased 350 shares, with an average price of EUR 19,40 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 6.790,00.
On August 21st, 2015 the Company purchased 1.300 shares, with an average price of EUR 18,59 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 24.173,00.
On August 24th, 2015 the Company purchased 2.550 shares, with an average price of EUR 16,71 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 42.615,82.
On August 20th, 2015 the Company purchased 350 shares, with an average price of EUR 19,40 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 6.790,00.
