The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, the company «Redeca Wordwide Ltd» of British Virgin Islands (BVI), controlled by Mr. George Koutsolioutsos, CEO of Folli Follie Group, on June 27th, 2014 disposed by way of stock lending, 21,427 shares of Folli Follie Group.
