FF Group operates in the fashion sector on an international level. FF Group designs, manufactures and distributes its own brands of jewelry, watches and accessories, namely Folli Follie and Links of London. Additionally, FF Group has a dynamic presence in the Fashion Retail sector, via its own brands of Factory Outlet, Collective, Collective Underwear and Collective Sports with stores in Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for Sales Associates at Factory Outlet Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
•To provide excellent levels of customer care
•To participate in the receipt & preparation of products in the sales area.
•To identify customer needs and address all product related questions
•Cooperation with other team members and participation in training
•Continuous information about our products and offers
•To follow company procedures regarding store inventory level and maintenance of customer records
•Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties as and when required
•To meet stores sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer
Role requirements:
•Previous experience in sales environment will be positively considered
•High School diploma (Bachelor degree will be positively considered)
•Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional qualification)
•Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
•Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures
•Communication skills and positive character with a will to offer and knowledge
•Outgoing and friendly personality
•Strong organizational skills
•Focus on achieving goals
