Role Overview

The Role of a Sales Manager Technogym is to achieve sales targets, profitability and cash flow targets, develop business opportunities and exploit market potential. Furthermore, this role is to lead generation, customer profiling, CRM update and increase customer satisfaction

Key Responsibility Areas

•Be responsible for the strategy with which to increase the sales of services;
•Be responsible for the orderly rollout of new services 
•Execute the strategy through a functional reporting line on the Subsidiary Sales of After Sales function; 
•Operate in Team with Segment Sales and relative HQ Marketing; 
•Shared responsibility for the use of services contracts by Sales Segment BUs;
•Be responsible for the achievement of assigned sales targets
•Be responsible for achievement of sales, profitability targets on the field locally
•Guarantee the customer satisfaction on the field locally
•Guarantee adequate market feedback on the Segment trends

Qualifications & Skills 

•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Sports Management
•Fitness/wellness products knowledge
•Direct Sales techniques (consultative approach)
•Negotiation skills
•Long term customer relationship approach
•Excellent knowledge of English language 
•Communication and presentation skills
•Ability to think strategically and to lead
•Problem solver & result driven
•Customer and process oriented
•Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
