RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Airlines and Ground TravelRetail Business including:
· Provide back office support toInflight Sales Manager & Account executive
· Communication with groundshops, operators and airline customers
· Coordinate stock reallocation amongst stores
· Coordinate Business Unit Scheduling,Priorities, Deadlines
· Coordinate execution ofmarketing activations
· Coordinate tasks for TRexhibitions, training visit, Customer Visits
· Coordinate the logistics cycle(buffer stock, shrink-wrapping, dispatching, returns, quality inspection)
· Coordinate with creativedepartment for artwork material
· Coordinate product pack shotsand product descriptions and global translations
· Assist in organizing crewevents
· Assist in buyer’s meetings
· Collect Best selling globalreports
· Coordinate sample dispatch forairline proposals
· Update and Prepare Reports andPresentations
· Process TR Orders into Systems
· Draft and Process AirlineProduct Proposals & Forms
· Conduct Market e-Research &Competitive Analysis
· Follow up on repairs and complaints
QUALIFICATION,KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
· MSc Business degree or related field
· International work experience and/or educational experience
· Team player
· Strong Organizational skills

· Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
· Strong numerical skills
