RESPONSIBILITIES
· Drive business objectives and metrics and maximize sales and inventorymanagement
· Manage the OTB planning andexecution based on budgeted sales & margins
· Develop activations incollaboration with commercial team, to manage deviations from budgetedsales/stock to meet budgets
· Provide KPIs based reporting (e.g. SKU sell-through, inventory turns, productmix, bestseller/newness/exclusives mix) with key insights
· Develop and Manage Travel Retail Product assortment (introduction &removals, product exclusives, narrow & deep etc.) based on performance, newnessand trends
· Develop and Manage Shopprofiling
· Ensure timely and continuouscustomer product & packaging full fulfilment
· Manage product allocations andreplenishments to maximize performance
· Monitor market category commercial trends and identify productopportunities
· Manage and execute regionalpricing strategies at both full price & markdown
· Manage scheduling of productcycle (new product, production lead times, warehouse dispatching, commercialpeaks, product launches, promotions) to maximize performance
· Collaborate with customerbuying teams, product teams, warehouse, and other regions’ similar positions
· Provide qualitative input onnew and existing products
QUALIFICATION,KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
· 5+ years of previous buying/merchandising experiencein retail/wholesale with demonstrated success.

· Strong Organization skills
· Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus

· Holder of at least BSc. Degree
· International work experience and/or educationalexperience
