Purchase of own shares

The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4,par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014), purchased, own shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows: 
On January 30, 2014 the Company purchased 4,500 shares, with average price EUR 22.19 per share and a total purchase price EUR 99,851.04
