The Company Folli Follie S.A , with trade name “FF GROUP, announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, the company «Redeca Wordwide Ltd» of British Virgin Islands (BVI), controlled by Mr. George Koutsolioutsos, CEO of FF Group, on November 18th, 2014 and November 19th, 2014 disposed by way of stock lending, 1.925 and 3.524 shares, respectively, of FF Group.
