MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates, develops and maintains a long-term relationship with the customers, being an Ambassador for the Brand heritage and values
- Seeks to provide service that delights the customer and takes actions within a defined customer service framework to resolve customer problems/complaints and reach the highest standards of customer service
- Has an in-depth knowledge of Zegna products (composition/style/origin) assisting customers in the product choice and providing stylistic advices
- Maximizes the sales performance of all sales associates by setting targets, motivating and coaching individually and on team level
- Ensures a high level of after sales service by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claim handling
- Be responsible for the highest standards of visual merchandising implementation
- Manages all areas related store stock
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
DESIREDSKILLS & EXPRIERENCE
- University degree will be considered as an asset
- Previous luxury retail experience (at least 4 years)
- Has passion for retail, is detailed oriented and has a sensibility to product and luxury
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business and result oriented
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proven ability to motivate a sales force and drive results through people
- Knowledge of Visual Merchandising
- At least 1 year MTM technical experience
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Computer literacy including MS Office
