Resignation of a member of the Board of Directors
The Company with the name "FOLLI-FOLLIE COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING AND TECHNICAL SOCIETE ANONYME” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that Mr. Nicolaos Canellopoulos, son of Alexandros, resigned today from his position as non - executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Following this, the Company's Board of Directors was reorganized with its remaining ten (10) members, whose status remain unchanged, according to the Company's announcement dated 19.12.2019. No changes are made to the Company's representation rights.
