Announcement with regard to the Internal Audit dep
According to article 2 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s BoD, the Company “DUTY FREE SHOPS INDUSTRIAL, MANUFACTURING, TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS COMPANY S.A.” under trademark “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP”, announces that from February 1st, 2012 onwards and according to Law 3016/2002 all duties with regard to the Internal Audit Division have been assigned to Mr. Elias Dimitracopoulos, Mr. George Makris and Mr. George Spanos.
