Announcement regarding ratification of Rehabilitation Agreement

The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (the “Company”) announces the issuance of the decision no. 3/2022 of the Multi-Member Court of First Instance, by virtue of which the Rehabilitation Agreement - Transfer of Business dated 31.12.2020, as amended by the amending agreement 9.9.2021, has been ratified.
The Company will issue a further announcement to update its creditors and the market on the next steps of the restructuring.
The Company would like to thank the law firm “Potamitis Vekris” for the successful handling of the case.
