Correction
According to article 2 of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Board of Directors, the Company “DUTY FREE SHOPS INDUSTRIAL, MANUFACTURING, TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS COMPANY S.A.” under the trademark “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP”, announces that Ms Theodora Desinioti resigned from her duties as Head of Internal Audit. From February 1st, 2012 all duties with regard to the Internal Audit Division are perceived by Mr. Elias Dimitracopoulos, Mr. George Makris and Mr. George Spanos, until the company’s Board of Directors will appoint a new Head for the Internal Audit Division.
