The company with the name “Folli-Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter the “Company”), further to its announcements dated 08.11.2019, informs the market that the hearing of the application filed on 03-10-2019 by two (2) bondholders for the declaration of the Company bankrupt, took place on 8 January 2020. After the court decision is issued, the company will inform accordingly.
In addition, said bondholders, on 04-10-2019 filed a petition with the Athens Single-Member Court of First Instance for the granting of preventative measures pursuant to article 10 of the Greek Bankruptcy Code and, specifically, for the prohibition of the disposal of any asset of the Company, along with a request to issue provisional order, which was scheduled for 10 January 2020 and was postponed to 22 April 2020, upon joint request.
