The Company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF Group” (hereinafter the “Company”), in response to a relevant query by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and following its announcement dated 16.4.2019, provides the following update to the market:
A meeting of the Company’s Audit Committee and certain members of the Company’s Management with the audit firm PwC took place on Monday, 22.4.2019, during which a mutual update was provided in relation to the progress of PwC’s audit.

The Company – taking into consideration the special circumstances – estimates that the publication of the revised annual financial report for the fiscal year, which ended on 31.12.2017, (in the sense of article 4 of L. 3556/2007) is expected to take place until 15 July 2019.
