Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The company under the registered name “FOLLI FOLLIE COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING AND TECHNICAL SOCIETE ANONYME” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces the appointment of one new executive in the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

More precisely, Mr. George Samios has been appointed CFO of the Company, effective Wednesday, January 9, 2019. As Ηead of the Company's Finance Department, Mr. Samos will report directly to the Deputy CEO and will be in close cooperation with the members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.

Mr. Samios is an executive with a long and successful career as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of multinational and listed companies.

Mr. Samios holds a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance and Risk Management from University of Paris Nord XIII. In addition, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialized in Accounting, from Athens University of Economics and Business.
