“Folli-Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” hereby announces that the Anti-Money Laundering Authority has issued two orders by virtue which the sale or disposal in any way of the Company's real estate property located at Agios Stefanos of Attica, Neo Psychiko, Koropi, Santorini and Glyfada was prohibited.

The Company has already decided to exercise its right to appeal against the above orders and will revert with an updated announcement.

In any case, the Company's management is in constant discussions with representatives of its bondholders, in order to achieve a restructuring agreement and will inform the investing public about any developments on the above matter.
