Share buyback

The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 26, 2015) purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:

On December 2^nd, 2015 the Company purchased 700 shares, with an average price of EUR 18,42 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 12.892,00.

On December 3^rd, 2015 the Company purchased 1.100 shares, with an average price of EUR 18,07 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 19.881,00.

On December 4^th, 2015 the Company purchased 948 shares, with an average price of EUR 17,26 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 16.363,08.
