The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On September 24th, 2015 the Company purchased 800 shares, with an average price of EUR 18,31 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 14.647,09.
On September 25th, 2015 the Company purchased 700 shares, with an average price of EUR 18,46 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 12.923,10.
