The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4,par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On January 22, 2015 the Company purchased 5,000 shares, with average price EUR 26.27 per share and a total purchase price EUR 131,337.47.
On January 23, 2015 the Company purchased 1,500 shares, with average price EUR 27.40 per share and a total purchase price EUR 41,100.
On January 26, 2015 the Company purchased 4,059 shares, with average price EUR 26.73 per share and a total purchase price EUR 108,477.27.
On January 22, 2015 the Company purchased 5,000 shares, with average price EUR 26.27 per share and a total purchase price EUR 131,337.47.
