The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FF Group”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4,par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On February 9th, 2015 the Company purchased 659 shares, with an average price of EUR 28,42 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 18.731,80.
On February 10th, 2015 the Company purchased 2.200 shares, with an average price of EUR 29,16 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 64.143,23.
On February 11th, 2015 the Company purchased 2.400 shares, with an average price of EUR 28,51 per share and a total purchase price of EUR 68.428,45.
