Purchase of own shares
The company Folli Follie S.A. under trade name “FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP”, in accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par 4, announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 14, 2013 and June 20, 2014) and the Board of Director's resolution (dated January 27, 2014 and June 23, 2014), purchased, treasury shares through the Athens Exchange member Euroxx Securities as follows:
On June 24, 2014 the Company purchased 3,000 shares, with average price EUR 30.90 per share and a total purchase price EUR 92,700.
On June 25, 2014 the Company purchased 2,450 shares, with average price EUR 30.83 per share and a total purchase price EUR 75,538.
