Transaction in shares
By this present we hereby notify you according to provisions of article 13 of Greek Law 3340/2005 and pursuant to the relevant notification received by FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP on 02/01/2014, that on 31/12/2013 an Over-the-Counter transaction took place for the transfer of a block of shares of Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos issued by FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP, to a company of his own interests under the name of “CORDIAL WORLWIDE LTD”, which has its registered office in the British Virgin Islands (B.V.I.) of which 100% of shares is owned by himself and which is under his control. More specifically, the said block of shares included 2.000.000 common shares of FOLLI FOLLIE GROUP, of a value of 23.4 Euro each.
Following the above transaction, the direct holding of “Cordial Worldwide Limited” in Folli Follie Group reached 5.3%. It is noted that the total number of shares and the voting rights of Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos in Folli Follie Group remains the same. The only change is that Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos holds indirectly a part of his total shares in Folli Follie Group through the above company.
Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos sent the above notification to the Issuer on 02/01/2014 based on article 13 of Greek Law 3340/2005, being a person exercising managing duties to it.
Following the above transaction, the direct holding of “Cordial Worldwide Limited” in Folli Follie Group reached 5.3%. It is noted that the total number of shares and the voting rights of Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos in Folli Follie Group remains the same. The only change is that Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos holds indirectly a part of his total shares in Folli Follie Group through the above company.
