RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION

The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on January 7^th 2016, 10.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 150.000,00 Euro, on January 8^th 2016, 2.900 common nominal shares at a total value of 43.282,80 Euro and on January 11^th  2016, 8.900 common nominal shares at a total value of 127.941,52 Euro. Those transactions were notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
