RELEASE OF REGULATED INFORMATION
The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on December 2nd 2015, 100 common nominal shares at a total value of 1.853,74 Euro and on December 4th 2015, 6.000 common nominal shares at a total value of 105.000,00 Euro . Such transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
