Digital Marketing and Social Media Expert

Key Responsibilities:

•Work closely with the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to manage Digital Marketing initiatives, including Social Media, Newsletters, SEO, Google ads and other digital channels, creating acquisition & retention strategies and campaigns in conjunction with the Business Unit objectives
•Own and develop social media & digital content calendars in accordance with monthly E-Commerce plans
•Work closely with digital media agencies to create and optimize digital campaigns that deliver results 
•Monitor digital marketing channels performance (organic & paid), set KPIs, measure ROI and propose actions. Develop weekly and monthly reports.
•Create engaging and high-selling content for Fashion’s social media presence - dynamic, written, graphic and video content, in collaboration with agencies, photographers and graphic designers. Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
•Community management: interacting and creating engagement on social media 


Role requirements:


•2-4 years of job experience in a similar role, preferably at a digital agency or an E-retail company
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication
•Hands on experience in Social Media, community management and Digital Marketing tools. Experience in creating campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Newsletter platforms will be considered a plus
•Strong copywriting skills
•Strong project management skills 
•Strong analytical and organizational skills. Google Analytics literacy.  
•A can-do attitude with willingness to learn, adapt and find solutions
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks under concurrent and rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent relationship / communication / presentation skills
