In FF Group, we developed a Performance Management System which is based on our values and our strategic pillars. This alignment promotes our common culture and ensures the success of our organization. Our employees benefit from a fair and fact based assessment and have the opportunity to articulate their developmental needs and discuss about their career progression. 
Our PMP has been launched in Greece in 2017 and is planned to commence in the new year during March 2018.
