GROW Leadership Programme for Line Managers at Head Office launched in May 2018.
It has aims to:
- Increase in the skills, knowledge and abilities of managers at all levels within head office
- To provide participants with the skills and tools to manage others successfully
- To develop a programme which will encourage and motivate participants to view management as a key element of their role
