Developing our people
We continue to develop our people with training programs, Integrity Coaching for Store Managers and Integrity Selling for Sales Associates in Fashion Business Unit Greece. In 1st semester of 2018, 432 training hours invested in total for 560 employees.
Next steps include Reinforcement sessions through a “mobile friendly” e-platform designed for FF Group needs. This new tool was developed for maintaining results and applying knowledge. After the completion of the training workshop, participants will have the opportunity to enroll on the Reinforcement platform through which, in a fully interactive environment, they will practice their knowledge and confirm the desired behaviors.
The educational tools consist of short videos, quizzes, questionnaires, comparisons, correlations etc. The content has a grading of knowledge and follows the workshop’s modules. Thus, the behavioral change is enhanced and integrates into daily habit.
