The store manager is expected to lead and develop the store team towardsdelivering excellent client experience, flawlessly executing brand andoperational standards, ensuring highest possible sales volume generation andmaximizing all profitability opportunities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Completes storeoperational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up onwork results
· Ensure all storeroutines are identified, delegated and performed on a daily, weekly, monthly,bi-annual and annual basis
· Ensures that salesplans and KPIs are met or exceeded
· Maintains and develops clientele
· Manages complaints and provideseffective solutions
· Maximizes the sales performance of allsales associates by setting targets, motivating and coaching individually andon team level
· Ensures a high level of after salesservice by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries and claimhandling
· Beresponsible for the highest standards of visual merchandising implementation
· Manages allareas related store stock
· Maintains thestability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
· Contributes to teameffort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Acts as a BrandAmbassador and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as per FFGroup guidelines
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPRIERENCE
· University degree will be considered asan asset
· 5+ years’work experience in sales with background in retail – Experience in Luxuryfashion industry will be considered as an asset
· Previousexperience as a Store Manager, Team Manager or equivalent
· Excellent knowledge of English
· Computerliteracy including MS Office
· Excellentverbal and written communication skills
· Business andresult oriented
· Must possess apositive, professional and energetic attitude
· Strongorganizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Provenability to motivate a sales force and drive results through people
· Show keen interest inFashion industry
· Knowledge of Visual Merchandising
