Purposeof Position:

Fullresponsibility for the day to day management, in conjunction with long termbusiness planning, of territory for FF Group distributed brands.  To drivesales, profitability in accordance to brand strategy and to be a key member ofthe FF Group Wholesale Team

 Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

 

  • To achieve, and aspire to outperform, all yearly sales targets set for the customer in territory
  • Responsibility for setting yearly customer sales plans, quarterly reforecasts and joint business plans where appropriate
  • Day to day management of customers defined as on appropriate territory for the brands.  This involves management of the provision of a full and professional sales, marketing, visual merchandising and administration service to customers with regular meetings, phone and email contact
  • Identify and co-ordinate the opening of new doors in accordance with brands strategy and process as appropriate
  • Management of co-op marketing, advertising and VM opportunities in accordance with trade spend allocations
  • Presentation of new product collections to each customer via showroom event, trade shows and presentations in accordance with business critical path
  • Excellent knowledge of brand products to effectively sell and educate customers  as to the features, benefits and provenance of all wholesale SKUs
  • Provision of product and VM training to customers store staff
  • Create and manage a productive customer call cycle for all customer doors to gain insight, knowledge and enhance the performance of brands at grass roots level
  • Significant contribution to the management and set up of showroom event, trade shows and any other ad hoc brand promotion events
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to agreed company objectives in all doors
  • Promote the use of branded fixtures, props and other tools to promote sell through of brands
  • Provision of quarterly reports market place performance in an agreed format 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • A successful performance record in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years related sales experience
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English language
  • High Competence in PC Software
  • Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally, both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
  • Enjoys detail and accuracy
  • Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive
  • Understand and represent the brand attributes
