The company with the name “Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme” and the distinctive title “FF GROUP” (hereinafter the “Company”) announces to the market that the bankruptcy application filed by two (2) bondholders of the Company and heard on 8 January 2020, was rejected by virtue of the decision no. 305/2020 of the Multi-Member Court of Athens, judging that the substantial legal conditions for the declaration of bankruptcy do not exist.

This announcement is released by Folli Follie Commercial Manufacturing and Technical Société Anonyme in compliance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR) and the Rule Book of the Athens Exchange.
