AUDITORS

On 11th October 2019 the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders elected PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditing S.A. as auditing firm. The Ordinary General Meeting resolved the election of Mr. Dimitrios Sourbis, as ordinary Chartered Auditor, and of Mr. Konstantinos Michalatos as a deputy Chartered Auditor, both members of the auditing company PWC, as well as the appointment of PWC for carrying out of the ordinary audit on the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 1.1.2018 - 31.12.2018 and determined their fee for said fiscal year to the amount of 1,200,000 Euros.
