Throughout his 3 decades long course in the market, Mr. Abraham C. Gounaris has held numerous positions of authority and responsibility in a multitude of fields, spanning both the public and private sectors.
Most notably, in the public sector he has been the Secretary General for Public Property at the Ministry of Finance for 3 years and a member of the General Council of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, while previously he served as the Managing Director of large state-owned transportation companies (Trolleybuses and Athens Transport Organization) for over 5 years. Currently he is the Chairman of the Board of Investment Bank of Greece where he successfully oversaw its sale process, while previously he has held numerous top management, finance and investments related positions with Barclays and HSBC among other institutions. His extensive and diverse managerial experience with an emphasis on restructuring and transition management has been built throughout his career and he is considered and expert in multiple stakeholder management in highly demanding industries. He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Dr. Andreas Koutoupis [BSc (Honors), MSc, PhD, CMIIA, CIA, CICA, CCSA, CRMA, CCS], elected member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of FFGroup, is a Chartered & Certified Internal Auditor, Associate Professor of Financial Accounting and Auditing in the University of Thessaly (Accounting and Finance department). He is also an Adjunct Lecturer in the University of the Aegean, as well as in the Greek (Hellenic) Open University and the International Hellenic University. He holds a BSc in Public Administration (Panteion University, Athens, Greece), an MSc in Internal Auditing and Management (Cass Business School, City University, London-UK) and a PhD in Corporate Governance and Internal Controls (Panteion University, Athens, Greece). He is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors-Greece. His experience is primarily derived from the financial services due to his cooperation with the majority of Greek banks.

George Kyriakos, born in 1961, has 30years of local and international experience in senior level managerial positions, in the private, and public sector, combining policy experience with technical expertise. Mr. Kyriakos has hands on experience across a broad spectrum of listed, large, mid-sized and small Greek companies. He has broad experience in FMCG where he has devoted 20 years of his career, in the financial markets, in Corporate Governance, in managing State Owned Companies, in cost cutting, privatization, formulating and implementing commercial growth strategies, brand management, turning around non-profitable companies, and managing retail networks. Mr. Kyriakos was Special Secretary in the Greek Ministry of Finance for Greek State Owned Companies and for Privatization, where he was responsible for the restructuring of 170 publicly owned corporations and the implementation of the privatization plan. Furthermore, he was elected as bureau member at the OECD working group for State Owned Enterprises, focused on sharing best practices and formulating strategy on SOES, the Corporate Governance Principles, and privatization. George has also participated in OECD missions to Kuwait, Russia, Turkey, and Poland as an expert speaker on privatisation and SOEs. Mr. Kyriakos has also served as Executive Board Member of the leading lottery company in Greece, OPAP from January 2010 until September 2012, and Vice President for OPAP Cyprus He holds a Bachelor Degree of Denver University in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Management from Boston University, and has attended executive management courses in Marketing and Management at INSEAD. He speaks fluently English and French.

Mr. Frangou is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of international experience in America, Europe, Asia and Africa and an equally successful career in multinational companies. He specializes in restructurings, turnarounds, and business expansion. At the same time, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in important sectors such as: FMCG's, Construction, Energy, Real Estate, among others. He has served as CEO and member of the Janus Continental Group's board of directors, and as Group COO and CFO of Super-Max. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing (honors) from California State University.

Mr. Konstantinos Angelopoulos holds an MPhil and an MBA degree in European Business Environment from Sheffield University UK and BEng (Hons) in Control Systems & Computer Engineering from University of Westminster in London. He also holds a degree on Global Leadership for Growth from CEDEP INSEAD University in France. He carries an extended experience for more than 20 years in senior positions in the Cosmetic and Fashion industry in Greece and abroad. He has worked for 11 years in various segments and positions within the L’OREAL Group and has held the position of Vice President in APIVITA Natural Cosmetics, responsible for the expansion and establishment of the subsidiary operations abroad. He also served as Retail Network Commercial Director for the Hellenic Post (ELTA). During his time the organization demonstrated strong growth and he was awarded for his contribution in the performance and goal achievement. During the last few years he has held the position of the General Manager in the Food industry, establishing distribution networks and branding of different agricultural products in Greece and Abroad. He is currently a Business and Strategy Consultant and holds the position of the President of the board in the Organic Energy Beverage UK.

Mr. Pericles Dontas holds an MSc in Economics from Essex University, UK. He carries extended experience for more than 32 years in senior positions in Private Banking and Insurance Sector in Greece and abroad. He has worked as Business Consultant in KPMG Advisors S.A. specialized in Risk Management Consulting and Business Development. He has been member of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO in EFG Eurobank S.A, in Poland. In addition, he has served as Vice President and Head of Bancassurance in AIG Life, one of the leading Insurance companies worldwide, and also held the position of the General Manager of ING Bank NV. for several years.

Mr. Constantinos Kefalogiannis has served as an Advisor to four different Prime Ministers of the Greek Government in the areas of infrastructure, transport, networks, energy, justice, privatizations, banking & state-owned enterprises. Professionally, he has served in key management positions in major infrastructure investment & development projects, both in public and private sector, such as Suburban railway, Metro, Tram, Athens International Airport and Integrated Resort Casino, while he was a Board of Directors member of Hellenic Railways (OSE), Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA), Hellenic Post (ELTA) and Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). He is a Special Supreme Arbitration Courts member, resolving significant commercial disputes on concession agreements and a BoD Member of IBG (Investment Bank of Greece). Mr. Kefalogiannis holds a B.E. in Engineering Science and a Specialization at Aerospace Engineering from Hofstra University, N.Y, U.S.A.


Mr. Charalampos Kyrkos
has held positions of significant responsibility in the Greek banking sector. He has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, handling the most significant part of the restructuring of the Greek banks. Previously, he has been a partner at EY, serving as Regional Head for financial institutions in Eastern and Southern Europe. He held the position of Group Chief Risk Officer and member of the BoD of the Eurobank Group for 12 consecutive years. Formerly, he served as CEO and Managing Director of Egnatia Bank, Managing Director of Banque National de Grèce (France), General Manager of ETEVA, and Treasurer of ACE (A JV of Sedgwick P.L.C. and the Olayan Group). He has also been a founding member and Chairman of BoD in EFG Eurobank Properties (currently named GRIVALIA) for 7 years.

Mr. Byron Ballis is a distinguished executive with more than 30 years of successful career path in the Greek and international banking sector. More specifically, Mr. Ballis has served as CEO in National Investment Bank (Investment banking subsidiary of National Bank of Greece). Moreover, he held the position of General Manager in INTERAMERICAN INSURANCE Group where he founded and served as CEO in INTERBANK S.A, a retail banking subsidiary, when the latter merged with EUROMERCHANT BANK to create EUROBANK S.A. During his long-term career in EUROBANK Group he created and served as Executive Chairman in numerous subsidiaries; EUROLIFE S.A, EUROBANK AEDAK, POLBANK S.A., UNIVERSAL BANK S.A. και FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES S.A. Since 2013 Mr. Ballis has the position of Executive Chairman in the BoD of EUROTANK MARITIME MANAGEMENT S.A. Mr. Ballis is a graduate of the Salonica University of Economics & Law, holding an MSc. and PhD in Econometrics (Docteur d’ Etat et Sciences Economiques: Econometrie & Statistiques) from the University of Bordeaux, France.
