For Bourjois, it all started in 1863 when the great cosmetologist Joseph-Albert Ponsin started creating make-up products specially created for theatre. 
The same year Bourjois created the iconic “Little Round Pot Blusher”. 
The following years, the Bourjois cosmetic offering broadened rapidly and in 1924 the brand created the perfume “Evening in Paris” which becomes an overnight success.
From 1950 the brand focuses on make-up, aiming to bring the best quality and most innovative products to the market.
